Denver Steaks sit underneath the Shoulder blade bone and rarely gets used in a high-traffic area – the Shoulder. The under blade tends to offer a more tender muscle in the chuck region. The Name “Denver” has no real meaning and was chosen for marketing purposes only.

How to Cook a Denver Steak?

For maximum tenderness, slice across the grain. Best cooked with high heat: grill, broil, or pan sear. Serve rare to medium-rare.
